Services
Sell your products and services online
A store built to fit you, real payment options and a checkout that doesn't lose people at the last step.
Who it’s for
Anyone with something to sell, a product or a service, who wants a shop of their own, not a stall inside someone else's market.
Price
Quote made to fit
What it costs depends on how many pages you need, in how many languages, and what it has to do. We talk once, I look at your case, and I give you a firm figure.
Direct phone support, a number you can call, and I pick up. Included in the fee.
The reference is a shop with around 30 products: bigger costs more, smaller costs less.
Each extra language costs more per month, the same amount whichever band you're in: it's in the quote, not after it.
Domain, hosting, certificate, backups and updates are included: they keep the shop standing.
And every month there are 4 to 8 hours included to change it, edits, new pages, development, depending on the band.
The fee has no end date: it carries on for as long as you need it.
Opening an online shop isn't loading products into a template and hoping. The difference between an e-commerce site that sells and one that just collects visits is in the things you don't see: how clear the catalogue is, how short the checkout is, whether payment works first time. And you don't only sell objects online: an appointment, a consulting package, a course all sell the same way, through the same basket.
Products or services, the best place to sell them is your own. A shop that's yours, where the customer makes it all the way to the end and the margin doesn't go to someone else.
What’s included
- An online shop built to fit you, with the catalogue organised the way buyers look for things, not the way it's easy to upload.
- The payment options people expect to find: card, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery where it makes sense.
- A short checkout: every extra step is a customer abandoning the basket, so we strip out as many as we can.
- Not just physical products: appointments, packages, consultations and courses sell through the same basket.
- Orders wired to shipping, stock and invoicing, so every sale doesn't turn into work you redo by hand.
Every month, on the subscription
- Four to eight hours of work a month, depending on the band: products, prices, categories, new pages.
- System, component and security updates, done before they show on the customer side.
- A check that the whole selling chain holds: basket, payments, shipping, confirmation emails.
- Every month we look at what sold and what sat still, and decide where next month's work goes.
- One person to talk to: me, on the phone or in writing. When something doesn't add up, the reply comes from someone who already knows your shop.
- Domain, hosting, certificate and backups included. These are things you'd pay for anyway: here they don't arrive as separate renewals.
The guarantee
Thirty days to change your mind.
In more than ten years I have never had a client unhappy with the work delivered. That is why I can afford to say this: you have 30 days from accepting the quote to stop, or until the shop goes live if that comes first. Within that window I refund everything you have paid and we part ways, with no further claim and no argument. There are no conditions to meet and nothing to prove: you decide.
You get me, within one working day.
No switchboard, no support form. If you write or call and I do not answer within one working day, you do not pay that month.
I take the risk at the start. It is the only way I have to say “trust me” and have it mean something.
When I am the right fit, and when I am not.
I am the right fit if
- You want something that brings in enquiries and clients, not a job that ends on handover day.
- You want someone updating it, improving it and growing it with the business every month.
- You want a single point of contact who answers the phone and already knows your case without being briefed again.
- You want to know what is working and what is not, with the numbers in front of you rather than by feel.
- You have tried before and it brought nothing, and this time you want to understand why before redoing it.
I am not the right fit if
- You need something static, that once built sits there and needs nobody every month.
- You have one job to do, with a clear beginning and end: a page, a migration, a catalogue to load.
- The budget right now will not take a fixed monthly cost. Better one job done well than a fee that becomes a burden after a few months.
- You want to spend as little as possible. I do not try to compete on the lowest price: there are platforms that cost less and do a different job. What I bring is someone who looks at your numbers every month and changes the site accordingly, and it is worth what it costs.
If you do not know which of the two lists you are in, that is exactly why it is worth talking. I look at your case and tell you, including when the answer is that a one-off job suits you better and so I am not the right person. I would rather say it now than in the third month.
