Bridal atelier, Turin

Le Spose di Nika

A long-established Turin atelier brought up to date: refreshed image, appointments bookable online, budget moved from trade fairs to campaigns.

What the client wanted

  • Refresh the atelier’s image, online and offline.
  • Add a section for the previous collections.
  • Make booking an appointment simple and centralised.
  • Improve visibility on Google and bring promotion onto social media.

What wasn’t working

The site was dated, with a logo and colours too strong for its clientele, and it did not adapt to mobile devices. Its Google visibility was good only because the domain was old, and without work it would have slipped. Social promotion was missing entirely.

What I did

  • Logo and colours refreshed, made softer and truer to the market.
  • Website rebuilt, with a section for the previous collections.
  • Appointment booking online and centralised.
  • SEO and a Google Business Profile to hold the local searches.
  • Campaigns on Google and Facebook, where over time the budget once spent on trade fairs was moved.
  • Website rebuilt from scratch a second time, bespoke: photography of the dresses fills the screen, and booking an appointment stays within reach from every page.
  • A blog kept up to date, with topics taken from the questions brides actually ask Google and every claim checked before it goes out.

How it changed

  1. The website the atelier arrived with: table layout, centred text, nothing that adapted to a phone.

  2. New logo and colours, browsable collections and appointments bookable online. The site starts to resemble the atelier.

  3. Rebuilt bespoke: photography leads the page and booking is always one tap away.

Simone created the site with a winning strategy that brought us the first results already in the first months. After a year, the budget we used to allocate to trade exhibitions, we started investing only in Facebook campaigns. Our customers in the last 5 years of working together have tripled and we are in the top positions on Google by searching for “Turin wedding dresses”.
